You may either bring a written request or complete the request form with the receptionist.
Please ensure that the name and telephone number of the person we should contact regarding the certificate is included in your request.
Make payment of $100 certified cheque or money order (payable to
Larlyn Property Management Ltd.).
The cost of the status certificate is $100.00 including tax. We regret that we are unable to accept
cash, credit cards or uncertified cheques as payment for the status certificate
Our office will contact the requestor when the certificate is ready for pick-up.
You are guaranteed to receive your certificate within 10 days as per the Condominium Act, 1998.
Rush requests can be accommodated at an additional cost.
Collect the status certificate from our office yourself or send another individual or courier firm.

Make copies (typically 100-400 pages) to send to your agent, lawyer and owner.
